I’m misspoke, that option to disable physical location requires the Location Manager addon.

Turned on the Pricing manager and started configuring packages?
If you exclude fields from one package, can you see they don’t show on the form?

You can always set default listing status in the general settings, so you can deactivate pricing manager and invoicing.

However, if there are no categories or listings it will disappear automatically.
