Are you using V1?
Whoop is not ready for V2 yet. You can use any other 3rd party theme or Supreme or Directory starter or the Genesis themes.
Try resaving your permalinks or changing them as advised in the warning:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/settings/permalinks/#404
The image will expand into the space available in the container and can be adjusted with CSS:
You can see here how to create CSS
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/A consideration, IN searches require that the location be in the database first. If the visitors are going to be checking some well known locations, why not just give them a list of cities linked to location pages?
IN searches require a selection from the dropdown, but we are considering what additional options to add for future versions. It isn’t possible right now without a customization but we will keep it in mind for future versions.
You can show the address in the listing by editing the address field and choosing “show in what locations” and select listing.
V2 has additional options to adjust the display precisely.

For that to work you must enable “Anyone can register”
One of your listings has bad lat lon data
“1, Vale Lane, -3.43597299999999”
Try updating the address on that oneThe same applies to individual pages, you can use custom CSS after you add the snippet.
V2 has many many improvements.March 29, 2019 at 11:58 am in reply to: Some translation missing or doesn't work with loco translate plugin #477107I attach a screenshot of the phrase in poedit for 20049
Try using po files if loco is not working
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/translation/overview/This [gd_output_location] needs to be changed. Open a shortcode builder and add the listings option.
Should be changed to [gd_output_location location=”listing”]
Are you using BuddPress?
If so you need to change the search template slug to something besides search like gd-searchIf that is not the issue please try a conflict test, this is usually caused by a conflict with another plugin:
