There are so many options, but a good bet is to start with your host and ask them about how they store their backups off your server.

Also, can you say more about what you mean?

If you have only one post type, the two pages, location and the places archive can be very similar.

Have you considered adding additional items to the location page template to make it distinctive?

GD Location Description, for example, or GD Listings with featured listings only?

How are your visitors getting to the location page?

If you are using GDV1, you can set the default listing status in the general settings. That will make sure that your listings get published once they are submitted.

Finding your listings can be done easily with the GD Dashboard widget. Add it to your sidebar or footer and use it to open a link to see all your listings.

If listings are disappearing after being submitted, like, poof-gone-disappearing, that’s not right. If you mean to say that is happening, please write back and tell us how to make that happen and then include WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check the issue out.

It has been changed in V2 into the options you find in the near search field or the change location feature.

Also is there any way to automatically set geolocation if any GD page is opened – i know it can be done wihe near me button but im checking if possible without clicking a button?

This requires a customization that goes beyond support.

If you have 1 or 0 sorting options conifgured then then the select will not show.
If you have more than one configured for the CPT archive in question, please share WP Admin details and we will take a look. Be sure to include a link.
