Have you already set the map to width 100%? Try a different page template, or contact the theme author to ask them how to make a page full width.

Only Footer and Header : Try removing all other widgets

Filters:
On the map options widget if you choose “Show advanced” and choose map type directory map you can find a category filter or post type selector.

For the line breaks, check your custom CSS to see if you have any rules regarding br tags and rmove them to see if it fixes the issue.
