Hi Alex,
have your team had the chance to have a look? The matter is still not fixed and people cannot use the link-to-business feature when they open the site with Mozilla Firefox. It would be great if you could try and enhance this.
Thank you very much

just would like to get back to this one. After I had re-activated Super Cache everything worked fine.
Now clients told me that again they cannot link their listings to any other businesses because the fields are displaid too short to choose any names or type any letters (see attachment).when trying to reproduce this mistake, I have realized that this problem does not occur with google chrome but with mozilla firefox.
When I had this problem with google chrome the solution was to just de- and re-activate WP Super Cache. With mozilla firefox this does not work.
Where could this problem come from? Could you have a look?
Many thanks
BirgitHi Kiran,
it worked and looks fine now. Thank you!
BirgitThis reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. This reply has been marked as private. How did you create the listing:
Both listings I have created via csv-upload from the backend – without any images at that time.
For the listing which has been claimed by a user in the meantime (yes, I am using Claim Manager), the user has added the image from the frontend and it looks fine.
For the listing which is still unclaimed, I have added the image from the backend. Therefore I have uploaded the image on the ftp-server, then exported the csv for this post type, added the image link to the csv-file and uploaded the csv-file again. Here the image is not shown properly in the top section of the listing detail page.
It seems that the image of a listing is only shown properly in the top section of the detail page if it has been added from the frontend.
I have plenty of images to be added to plenty of unclaimed listings. To add images from the frontend I would have to open every single listing which would take me ages for more than 1.000 listings.
What must I do so that images that have been added to a listing from the backend are properly displaid in the top section of the listing’s detail page?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
BirgitHi Alex,
this is a link of an unclaimed listing where I have uploaded the image from the backend (upload onto the ftp-server and import of the csv with the image links to the file on the server) – in the top there is still the default image of my website:
Here is a link of a claimed listing where the user has uploaded his images from the frontend.
Testwise I have set the claim-field on “Optional” but it doesn’t make any difference.
Why should the claim-field be optional? It works fine when it is obligatory.

this also seemed to have been the WP Fastest Cache Plugin. Now that that one is deactivated and Super Cache re-activated again, everything looks fine.
Many thanks
BirgitHi Alex,
actually, this is exactly the password I have sent you. However, since I have had someone optimize my site performance WP Fastest cache has been installed. Now I have deactivated that one and re-activated WP Super Cache. Now the claim listing form works fine again.
So it really seemed to be the cache plugin. Thanks for this advice.
regards
BirgitExcellent! It worked. thank you, Alex 🙂
Oh yes, sorry and thanks 🙂
Hi Alex,
thanks for your response. In the attached image you can see what I mean. This looks just so much better and each label has an individual link to the respective listing on the site where the provider is promoted. -
