Hi Kiran,
thank you very much, but now it is not really better – just different 😉Having logged myself in with my client’s credentials I can open the listing but when I upgrade by selecting the next price package and press the “submit”-Button exactly nothing happens. The page does not seem to load or reload at all. And sometimes the system sais that I do not seem to be the owner of this listing (even though the “Owner/Associate?”-checkbox is activated).
Could you have another look?
And how can it be that there is a mistake in Java. I am using Autoptimize. Does the plugin do such things? Many thanks

it is still impossible for (only) this particular clienthttps://planmy.wedding/profile/uwe-kurth/
with this particular listing
https://planmy.wedding/brautauto_co/deutschland/berlin/berlin/brautauto_co/brautwagenservice-kurth/
to edit or upgrade his listing. Whenver klicking the ‘submit listing’ button the system asks whether he wants to leave the page and that changes might not be saved. Changes are not effected and when trying the upgrade he does not get the chance to finalize the booking.
He always gets back to the ‘add listing’-page but nothing has changed. On my pc I have the same problem with his listing. In the meantime I have deleted the listing and created a new one but the problem still persists. Then I thought there might be something wrong with the settings of the user. So I deleted the user and created a new user with the same data but the problem still persists.
I have checked whether this problem arises for other users as well, but for them everything works fine.
Do you have an idea what might be the problem?
Looking forward to hearing from you.Best regards

yes, the issue persists, luckily only with this particular listing.I have tested the process with other listings and with those it works fine.
What could it be?

BirgitHello Kor,
thank you very much – this worked perfect 🙂Hi Paolo,
having done the conflict test as described I found out that a plugin called Autoptimize causes the problem with the Google Maps in GD.Autoptimize is a plugin which improves the site performance.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/autoptimize/If not Autoptimize, can you recommend a plugin for the same purpase which works well with GD?
Best regards

BirgitThis reply has been marked as private.Hi Kiran,
thank you very much.
However, I am not quite sure how to proceed with this patch. What must I do with these files / codes?
They do not look like normal code snippets for the snippet plugin.Sorry and thanks for your patience 🙂
BirgitHi,
no, I am using UsersWP. So I guess I must ask their support.
Thanks
