For the devs: the problem is with GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager. Has nothing to do with caching.
January 16, 2020 at 7:15 pm in reply to: Unable to click rating stars on newer Iphone safari #526036I’ve been able to determine the issue is with the “GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager Version 2.0.0.11”.
January 16, 2020 at 4:06 pm in reply to: Unable to click rating stars on newer Iphone safari #526010I currently have every plugin deactivated that doesn’t have the word “GeoDirectory” in it (Including ones recomended by you) and the rating stars still flash to the side and can’t be selected on new Iphones.
January 15, 2020 at 3:26 pm in reply to: Unable to click rating stars on newer Iphone safari #525781When I first discovered the issue, I found a couple articles hinting at caching. I was using SG Optimizer as my primary plugin for optimizing the website. Following geodirectory guidelines, I deactivated SG Optimizer and set up WP Super Cache and Autoptimize following the recommended settings. When that didn’t work, it was only then that I contacted support. Unfortunately I have no way of debugging issues on IOS.
January 15, 2020 at 1:39 pm in reply to: Unable to click rating stars on newer Iphone safari #525755Yes, it works now, but no caching is not a good solution. Is there something being cached that can be “whitelisted (not cached)” while still using caching for the site?

Ok, thanks. BTW, I started getting email notifications of post replies again.

I changed the default city. No maps. Changed it back, all fields are completed. Still no maps.

I noticed I didn’t have the event_type=”upcoming” while looking at this post https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/show-linked-events-on-place/ and copied and pasted that one part. Just happy it’s performing as expected again. Thanks for you help. Great Product!
