FYI, when we first installed the plugin, we added Atlanta as the default city as it was required by the plugin to set a default city. But we don’t need any specific city to show up at the home page. How can we stop that? Just need United States in the default home page …
Thank you very much, ma’am! As soon as I removed the Premium exclusion from the Free package, Claim started to work.
To tell you the truth, I have no idea why I excluded Premium, to begin with. Now by changing this exclusion, am I messing up any other things? Plz, let me know. I really don’t understand what this ‘Category Exclusion’ really means and why it matters. I’d truly appreciate your (brief) explanation on this. Thanx in advance.

Hi, I’ve cleared all browsing data and re-tried. But I’m still not getting the upgrade payment feature where I would have a choice to pay for the upgrade … Guys plz let me know you are understanding the issue here … a listing that is already premium, doesn’t need to have the upgrade payment option. I need the FREE listing claim to have that option when it is clicked. Cuz FREE one needs to be upgraded. A premium one already has been paid and has a premium status. The opposite thing is happening … Or plz help me understand the logic of your software here … am I getting this wrong somehow? Plz, help me understand it and fix this … Thanx.

I can’t find any place to put the things you suggested … like FA4 or the css link etc. I also tried all sorts of combination in this screen and none helped me get the ‘search icon’ back … it still looks like the small square like the image above.
I’m trying to use that snippet you provided as a last resort, but I’m not sure how to find the canvas name, as it mentioned in the snippet comment:
“…// Replace MAP_CANVAS_NAME to respective canvas name used. Ex: geodir_map_v3_home_map”
when I’m using /location/united-states/ — this location, is there a way to exclude Hawaii and Alaska?
Also the map is not responsive. For the smaller screens we just get the blue ocean, no map. Any suggestions? Plz see attachment …
Here you go, when I go to visit, /location/united-states/ the map looks like the following 2 attached images at 4 and 5 zoom level. Plz tell me how I can center the us map …

Is this possible? Currently, the page named ‘Start Your Search Here’ is set at the static home page. But when I try to open it, it’s just an empty page with default template. Can you plz point me in the right direction at least? Thanx in advance.

For example, right now I’m using ‘supreme-directory’ child theme under ‘directory-starter’ parent theme. That’s what I was looking for. Basically, I’d like to see any documentation you might have available to build child themes like ‘supreme-directory’ … may be some detailed info about the ‘directory-starter’ theme framework etc.
Can you plz give me a query that I can run to mass update all the uncategorized ones in one shot? We have over 5000 entries. This would be a big help … thanx.
