So, my checkboxes are made of fields like this:
Toilet Paper,Paper Towels,Hand Sanitizer,Eggs
What would I put in the default values to see those checkboxes checked?

Thanks but this is a labor of love, in response to COVID-19, and I don’t have a lot more money to pour into it. Time, yes. Money, not so much.
Can you direct me on how I might accomplish this with code in the meantime? I’m rusty but willing to dive in. I’m just looking for a way that users can give businesses/nonprofits approval to contact them. Perhaps another field should be used?
For now, I’ve just disabled the plug-in so I can continue making progress on the project. I posted so that you’d be aware of the problem. I let the pluginever team know also. It’s not a priority for me but didn’t want you to be unaware of it.
After this project I might setup a demo with just these two on it and help figure it out.
No, it doesn’t have any place for a maps api. It has a field for a youtube api but I had not used that feature yet so, the field was blank.
