Can you check with sandbox mode first? If it is having the same issue then let us know and also provide the FTP details to access the log to troubleshoot more. If you want us not to test the things on live site then provide us the FTP and admin details of staging/clone site and we will fix it asap.

The problem is due to /wp-content/object-cache.php file. You will have to rename this file and try to activate/deactivate the plugin(s). Then rename back it to actual file name.
