Sorry. I’ve sorted the old ones, but he was right in letting me know.
Some new submissions are missing the 0 in the first phone field (I’ve added an alternative) both are phone fields as well.
I was using a phone, spoke to a colleague and it was just the old adverts, it was an import error apologies for that!
2 out of 2 so far. It would appear this was the cause, still not sure how it happened to be honest.
Thanks Kiran!
Best,
MarkThis reply has been marked as private.Ok one of the affected users got back to me. Originally this was one of the people who updated their adverts and all the fields disappeared AFTER publishing, now they are experiencing when they click edit advert, the form is empty.

I’m going to go ahead and say this was a “Review error”, it doesn’t seem to have popped up again.
Thanks!

One listing which is “showing no existing details” is this one https://www.dottydirectory.com/business/leicestershire/jenny-lucas-copywriting/, the user reported when they logged in and clicked edit, all the fields were empty.
The 2nd issue I can’t replicate, I’m not sure of the instructions the only steps were login > edit > then they told me about the error.
And thank you for fixing that issue for me.
Regarding how they were imported I exported from GD V1 and swapped around the columns, i then did a cross reference in excel to match categories to the new ID’s and then updated the fields to the new ID’s. And then copied and pasted back into OpenOffice Calc into a sample export and imported it.
Thanks again, Mark
Thanks Paolo
