Thank you, Guust. Good to know that it’s probably my settings causing the odd search results I’m seeing 🙂 and I’m intrigued by the work around to add GD post type to blog posts. That’s interesting.
Is there any way to remove the mandatory CPT selector and have GD search all post types simultaneously? For example, if I typed the keyword “organic farming” into the GD search bar, it would return both listings of organic farms and blog posts about organic farming?
Thanks!
Ah ha! Perfect, thank you. I switched to OpenStreetMap and can make my icons resize perfectly. Noted on the max size for load time efficiency, thx!
Hi Kirin and Alex,
Thank you so much for the quick response. I’m not sure what you mean by icon size updates in GDv2 – is this something we can access through the core file, or does it have to be applied through using one of your templates?
I am not using a GD template and am styling the directory on my own. I’ve attached a screenshot of the icons I am using and would like them to be 30px wide but the png files are very blurry at that size.
How would you suggest I load a 60px wide icon and use css to scale it down to 50%?
Thank you! (GD is amazing, and I am so grateful for all of the hard work you guys are putting into it!)

Thanks so much! Switching to blocks did work. I’m not a big fan of Gutenberg (yet), so hopefully whatever the glitch is with WPBakery will iron itself out, or I’ll find the culprit on my end. 🙂
Cheers!
Ok, thanks Kor! Looking forward to seeing it in a future update 🙂
I have the same question, really. If the icons you recommend we load are 50×50, then they show up on the map as 50×50. This causes them to be blurry on high resolution screens.
Is there a way to upload, say, a 100×100 image and then in css, make the width=50px height=50px so that it displays as a high res image on all screens? Thx!
