Hi Kiran,
Excellent! It is working now. Thank you so much.
Can I ask what you did?
I ask for two reasons: (1) so I can learn from my mistake and (2) because the change was made in my staging website but sadly, a lot of work had been done in the meantime on the main website so I am a little concerned about migrating the staging website and losing the changes on the main site.
Once again, thanks very much. I really appreciate it.
Best wishes, Gary

We both found the same problem: the categories are not listed. He said the developers would take a look. I have provided by FTP details above in an earlier message.
Hi Kiran,
Sorry for the delay. I have been away for the past week. I’m back to it now and I’ve just checked but sadly it is still the same.

Yes, I have tried both the Shortcode Builder and the Fusion Builder. The result is the same. The only option is ‘All’. None of my categories are there. Please see the attachment.
Thanks, GaryDecember 13, 2019 at 9:04 am in reply to: Multirating totals and counts do not update correctly #521311Will do Andy. Thanks. I’ve added the code anyway and the totals are appearing at the top of my reviews. That’s fine and so far the calculations appears correct.
But I still want the ability to add the multiratings elsewhere on the page (like with the overall rating), so I will start a new thread after I’ve played around a little further. Cheers, Gary

I tried this and get:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘&’ in /home/customer/www/.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/geodir_review_rating_manager/includes/general-functions.php on line 373
There has been a critical error on your website.December 13, 2019 at 1:25 am in reply to: Multirating totals and counts do not update correctly #521276Thanks Andy.
It seems odd that GeoDirectory has a multirating system but no function in which to actually show the aggregate counts and average totals. It would be wrong if the only way to get this is by further customisation.
I’ll wait for someone from Geodirctory to respond on this issue (given that the calculation still isn’t working either) but I hope they don’t refer me to geodirectoryexperts for things that really should be out-of-the-box function for a plugin this type.
I have just checked the name of the extension in my plugins section as it is ‘GeoDirectory Review Rating Manager’. I was previously looking at the extensions title within Geodirectory settings. Sorry about that and thanks for the heads up.
