    I have multiple categories in my Places but when I try to filter my Listings via categories, I can only choose ‘All’. None of my categories are show in the dropdown list (in Fusion Builder) or on the list in shortcode. Any suggestions please?

    Thanks for your post. Have you tried using the shortcode builder https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/geodirectory/shortcode-builder/ and see if it helps?

    Hi Kor,
    Yes, I have tried both the Shortcode Builder and the Fusion Builder. The result is the same. The only option is ‘All’. None of my categories are there. Please see the attachment.

    Hello Gary,

    It looks like something conflicts with WPML plugin. Provide us FTP credentials to look into more.

    Go to any of my posts and GD>Listings, then go to ‘Filters’. I can only get ‘All’ for categories. Alex has already tried with the shortcode builder. I have too. We both found the same problem: the categories are not listed. He said the developers would take a look. I have provided by FTP details above in an earlier message.
