You can try the sync tags batch feature and let me know if you face any problem. Since you are having problem with mysql queries, wait some time between post types.

At the moment, No. But we are working on the addons. So you can expect this integration in the future. Just for the record we use the default wordpress registration process. So most likely the plugin compatible with the plugins you mentioned. You can always test and give us feedback whats not working and what do you expect in those addons. So we can start integrate those features while working on those addons.
