    Hi Team

    Not quite sure how I can add a listing Map to the sidebar for my current theme. It appears not to have a sidebar for listing results

    Currently using the superior theme

    Hi Sieko,

    Please refer to the answer given here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/search-result-query-2/

    Thanks!

    Hi Kor

    That answer does not solve the query. That merely puts the results in a list format. (Which I want)

    However what I can’t seem to do is get a widget of the listing map on the side. The reason for that is that currently the map sits below all the results and I would like to to be on the side like in the GEO bold Theme that I was using previously.

    The issue is if I go to the Widgets section there is nowhere that there is a right sidebar option for the Search results.

    Hope that makes it clearer

    Let me know if you need credentials

    Hi Sieko,

    Sorry for not paying much attention. Could you please double check on the credentials? It seems invalid when I tried it.

    Thanks!

    Hi Sieko,

    I’ve just checked your Website and I’m able to see the issue there. Not really sure what you did to the theme as everything seems broken when I checked on the pages. Also, the layouts don’t look like our demo https://wpgeo.directory/supreme-directory/ . Anyway, you can use the custom CSS code below to fix the issue you had now. Well, let us know how it goes.

    aside#geodir-sidebar-right {
        float:left!important;
    }

    If I were in you I would re-install a fresh copy of both Starter and Supreme. Make sure you don’t have any custom css in either GD > design > scripts > custom css and in the customizer.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Thanks

    not at all, the best way would be to overwrite all files via FTP.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo

    As we speak I am busy creating a backup of the site via FTP. Once done I will do as you suggested – overwrite the files via FTP

    Just one question where is the data for the listings stored just want to make sure I don’t lose data

    Regards

    Sieko
