To do that, you will have to delete any other custom post type other than “Places”.
If you want to use more than one custom post type, you will need that dropdown or your visitors will not be able to search all custom post types. Thanks. Can you de-activate all licenses and activate them again.
And then update, it should work according to my test. Why don’t you use the normal GD pages?
http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/physicians/ is ready to search physicians, and http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/places/ is ready to search locations. If you want the dropdown to read “Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers”, change the plural name of the custom post type.
PS: “We guarantee an answer within 24 hours to all Support Topic Monday to Friday and within 48 hours during weekends. This doesn’t mean all solutions will be provided within 24 or 48 hrs. For more advanced or technical queries it may as well take longer.”

https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#import-catsI just uploaded the Whoop theme without any problems to your site. Make sure to upload them as themes, not plugins.
You’re welcome 🙂
It sounds like you turned off the address requirement at GD > General > Select CPT to disable physical location.
If that is not the issue, we will need your URL and WP admin details in a private reply. Thanks. You should be able to do all that with the language file. Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
Can you post your WP admin details in a private reply, please, then we can check your settings.
The VIEW ALL widget I can see at http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/places/ which is your listings template.
On closer look, the http://rmcc.bwwtest.com/locations/ page is a normal WP page, so you should add your widget to the sidebar of your normal WP pages.
