You can edit Region to be State/Region at GD > Place Settings > Custom Fields > Address

So you want only to change the padding between listings in list view?

Disabling the options for an administrator for example means admins do not have to tick the captcha when reviewing a listing but other visitirs might have to depending on your settings.

I am not making excuses, I am explaining how it works. Do you need enter a captcha when accessing your Facebook or Google account? Or only when you register?
