I am not sure I understand, can you share your URL and admin details in a private reply so we can check.
Have you tried toggling “Use description of default for all locations”?I do not have an answer, but have alerted the others, but why do you need a captcha on the add-listing page? Only logged in users can add listings, so if they get so far, why ask them a captcha.

De-activate other plugins until that page allows you to choose what listings can be added.

Giri’s code basically overwrites Kleo’s code, so it is good to hear all is fixed.Multisite creates basically multiple sites by just using one wordpress installation and sharing users.
To a visitor, it just shows as different websites. Listings can not be shared across sites.I think you need to allow users to add listings to these post types at GD > design > navigation.
I cannot check if that is set up correctly because that page is not displaying correctly because of a conflict with one of your many plugins.Thanks for letting us know.
You have some custom CSS that is hiding it:

If that is not the issue, post URL and admin details so we can investigate.That is how it should works if you create 2 custom post types: one for entreprise and one for franchise.
