All addresses will auto-populate, but if your settings do not allow listings outside Sante Fe, then you will not be able to add listings that Google thinks are outside that “city”.

Add some data to an existing listing(s) and export the file.
You should get the correct format that way.Example for closed on Sunday and open 24 hours on Monday:
