You’re welcome 🙂
I changed it to fixed 1040px, and still do not see any problem [except that you have too many links in the menu next to each other].
I cannot see it jump anymore? Have your refreshed your browser?
Changed it to
header nav ul li:first-child a { padding-left: inherit !important; }Please check.
Try adding this to your CSS:
header nav ul li:first-child a { padding-left: inherit; }Let us know how you went.
I cannot replicate that on my test site, so please post URL and WP admin details in a private reply so we can have a look for you.
We need your WP admin details too please.
GD > General > scroll to bottom > Select CPT to disable physical location
See here for more info: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-general/#physicalThose pages are all there: yoursite.com/custom-post-type-slug/category-slug
If you add the Popular Categories widget on the GD Home page, you will get a link to all of them from all location pages.
Example: category page for the landmark category in the attractions CPT: https://wpgeo.directory/attractions/landmark/
We’ll need your WP admin details [in a private message] so we can investigate for you.
I can see this listing should be there too: http://mommybeartravel.com/places/canyon-cabins/Both should work, but only if you add all your listings yourself. Listings added from the frontend will re-created the “real” cities as per Google Maps API.
Also, you will no longer be able to use the NEAR search because that is based on the Google Map locations too.You can give a review here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/geodirectory/
I added
.sd-preview.sd .supreme-edit-btn {display: none !important;}to GD > design > scripts to hide the Edit link on the preview page.
I added
div.mce-edit-area {border: 1px solid blue !important;}to GD > design > scripts to give a border around the description text. Adjust as required.
This might be handy for the future: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-your-style/
This reply has been marked as private. You still had “Places” as default CPT at GD > Design > Map > Default post type search on map.
I changed that, so please check now. This reply has been marked as private. -
