1. Actually, I think that is a change made by popular demand, because the link says “View all”, most people expect to see all listings, not restricted to that location.
2. I can see all your advanced filters fine, I can see the “customize search” button.
3. That is the “near” field.
4. That is not how it works. Search results are only displayed on the search page, not on any subsequent pages.
6. Not sure I understand, which pages available are not being indexed?

If changing the settings at GD > design > listings does not work, change the settings in the relevant widget.1. That can be removed with CSS or some code. I have asked Paolo to post the code for you.
2. Those 327 characters look like 50 words to me? If you only want about 100 characters, try about 15 words.

As long Google thinks that is only one city, you should be fine.
In some countries Google thinks every ZIP code is a city, and in other countries, it uses the name of the city and ignores the ZIP code.
Do a bit of testing from the frontend to see what the Google API pre-fills as city and that will give you the answer.I de-activated your caching plugin. Delete all remaining files and then test everything again.
