I think it will be easier to use Whoop and adjust Whoop, rather than modifying your existing theme.
What does your current theme have that cannot be achieved with Whoop?Did you get it fixed? I cannot find any neighbourhoods in your multilocations.

You can also download a sample file from the import/export page. If that opens with all content in the same cell, you must be using the wrong program or opening the file incorrectly.All the info is in the same cell, instead of in the relevant columns.

Set your switcher to only show filtered regions and cities, and then filter by IT (you might have to temporarily set to multi-country). That will show you all locations that are still in IT instead of Italia.Thanks for letting us know.
I think you are de-selecting Restaurants again. You can add to as many categories and subcategories you like, but if you want to add a listing to a subcategory, it will automatically need to be in the parent category too.
