Are your listings set to claimed or not? See sidebar in the backend for your listings.
If still stuck … please post URL and admin details. So everything is fixed then? Any outstanding issues?
There has to be a conflict with one of your many non-GD plugins. I would start with disabling all redirect plugins, and keep testing until you find the conflict.
This is really standard WP stuff, not GD.PS: you should use a GD child theme or you will loose any customizations you are making.
GD > design > navigation > Allow post type to add from frontend > DELETE Places
Add a text widget on your pages that says, you will be back soon.
You really have to delete that caching plugin, that might solve half of your issues. It does NOT work with GD.
1. I think you are confusing the GD Home/location page with the GD Listings/category page.
HOME: https://www.secrettelaviv.com/location/
LISTINGS: https://www.secrettelaviv.com/best/attractions/2. You have set the total width of your HOME template to 123%: Left at 30%, right at 30% and content(middle) at 63%. You will need to adjust that.
Can you post your WP admin details in a private reply, so we can have a look at your settings.
I had no trouble with that address.
Deleting your caching plugin might fix the address issue.
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/what-caching-plugin-can-i-use/I will leave the payment issue to Paolo.
You have asked for nothing to be shown on the map: https://wpgeodirectory.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/10/Screen-Shot-2015-10-29-at-1.22.46-AM.png
Do NOT tick Places if you do not want to hide them.My mistake, I now checked your settings and they should allow for all cities in the state to be added. But that is not how your add-listing form works, it does not allow other cities to be added in your state.
Also, you have a few locations that do not exist, like “all in all”, and “all in Florida” etc.I cannot find why you cannot add map markers or default images to categories.
There does not seem to be any problem with your other media uploads.
I’ll have to get Paolo to investigate this more. In the meantime, try de-activating all other plugins one by one and keep testing.Deleting your caching plugin might fix the address issue.

[PS: The site is for one city only]
I would
1. Export all of them – no need to delete
2. Check all cities, regions and country in the CSV for consistency; they should be using the full name of the state and country, no abbreviations.
3. Re-import using the same post IDs
4. Filter your locations for abbreviations and delete those locationsCan you just cut a sample maybe.
I had a look at your admin area, and I can see that you have used inconsistent references to states, for example, you have used AL, Alabama and AL 36801. The system will treat those as 3 different regions.
I also see you have thousands of listings now and they seem to work just fine.
What is exactly the problem still?Hi Lee, it is OK to activate GD Events. Let us know if you have any troubles with it.
1. We will need your URL and WP admin details to review that issue.
2. That is the default layout using the GeoDirectory Framework.
3. I guess you did not set that ability in your price packages.
