Do you have ticked the box for getting notifications:
GD > Settings > Emails tab > Admin Emails sub-tab > Claim listing request > YESHave you set to auto-approve?

I don’t think I am understanding this.
It is normal that a listing can be in more than one category.
It is normal that the CSV and database uses commas to separate category IDs.
I don’t think %%primary_category%% is a GD option.Can you please include links and an explanation where we can find those details you are talking about, and your WP admin login details in a private reply if we need to have a look at something.

Those are using the GD Listings element, which can be filtered and sorted by Featured.
Use the Advanced Settings for the GD Listings widget, or the GD Listings shortcode builder, or the Advanced Settings of the GD Listings block.Thanks
