Custom post addon allows you to name the tabs.
Custom fields allow you to create tabs (using fieldsets) and reorder as you please by dragging up or down to change the order.

You had disabled ratings at GD > General > general tab > Disable rating on comments
We enabled it again for you.Have a look at the Popular Post widget. Add that to your Listings or Home/Location page. You’ll see how you can filter and sort the listings.
