Reena, your site is redirecting to shoal-bay for me (I am in Brisbane), and probably redirects to some suburb for you too, and that is why there is nothing to show.
You can find all your listings at /loaction
You should use the location switcher so people can navigate your site easier.

Here is how you clear your shared location settings:
    Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/geolocation/ [6th question]
    Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/142065?hl=en
    IE: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/internet-explorer/manage-delete-browsing-history-internet-explorer#ie=ie-11

“minnesota” can also be used as a tag etc, so have a look there too.
Or if you are comfortable with phpMyAdmin, have a search in your database, and swap minnesota with minnesota-1 and vice versa.

I added the CSS to your child theme’s stylesheet. The way to do that is
Appearance > Editor > and then choose the stylesheet from the menu (usually presented first)
    http://www.encuentramaz.com/wp-admin/theme-editor.php?file=style.css&theme=myencuentramaz

I also adjusted your GD Listing Right Sidebar Map widget.

Can you send us FTP details please, or just delete that plugin using your control panel’s file manager or your FTP client.

The login redirect has nothing to do with the admin bar up the top.
That is your buddypress login page:
Settings > Buddypress > Settings > Show the Toolbar for logged out users
    I disabled it for you.

You need to reimplement the login redirect or your users will register at /?geodir_signup=true and not as a buddypress user.
    That will confuse your users.

I’ll get Stiofan to look at this, and this is your problem explained for his benefit:
Buddypress admin bar disabled for logged-out users.
GDF Options set to allow WP admin bar.
Setting access to WP dashboard to NO at GD > general, hides the admin bar for all users, logged in or not.

All your GD plugins are old versions.
You have added some districts of Warsaw to the list of countries in your switcher. I removed them.
If you choose everywhere, you are taken to the Everywhere LOCATION page, not the listings page.
That is the same if you choose any city or region from the switcher, you will be taken to the location you requested.
I can see that then you are taken to the default city, so that is not right.
Can you update GD, and make sure you do it as explained here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/release-of-gd-core-1-3-1-and-4-addons/#post-24800

Updates should not affect any existing listings, unless the process is not followed correctly, or customizations have been made to your site.
We’ll have a look at your settings if you like, just post your admin details.

The email is not sent to the email address added to the listing, that email address is only used to create the “Wyślij zapytanie” form.
But an email is sent to the email address of the user, regardless of the email used for the listing.

I just tested, using my email address in the Add Listing, and I guess you as the user got notified; I did not get a notification to the email used for the listing.

That is how it is meant to work, but you can change some settings at
    GD > Notifications.

    1. For the map, you should set to autozoom.
    2. You have to use the settings of your theme to define the column widths.
    3. I don’t quite understand why your grid view is displaying one less column than what is requested from the menu. Can you post your admin detail? Most likely theme related.

I have installed everything, but your Avada is an old version.
The compatibility plugin and child theme only work with the latest version of Avada, so I de-activated for now.
