I cannot login with those details, they don t seem to be for an admin user.
Have you enabled the admin bar again?Without URL and admin details, I guess you can t see the admin bar because you disabled it in the child theme. The code I posted should work to hide the admin bar for all but the admin, but only if you enable the admin bar of course.
When you add a category, just choose a “Parent”.
Was busy fixing things so I did not see your earlier reply.
To add widgets to GD pages, go to Appearance > Widgets.
Sorry, but I am not familiar with page builders; can you describe the steps you would take? You need to set your permalinks to postname > Done
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/dos-and-donts/I changed the percentages of your listings page, you did not live room for the padding between the columns.
Let us know if you have more trouble.
1. We d need to see a URL etc, but it means exactly what it says: It cannot find any listings that match your criteria. But it can also be something else, so let’s have a look if you post your admin and URL details in a private message.
2. No, but they can if you install some plugin like “mytheme login”, buddypress, etc.
3. Not to sure about Beaver Builder, but most likely you can use it for any other page than your GD pages. Most GD widgets can be added to any widget area that is available. Not to sure I understand you correctly, for example what is the “map plugin”? Is that Beaver specific?
You can post URL and wp admin credentials here in a private message.
I registered and tried to add a listing, but so far you have not set your default location, so you will not be able to add listings, see also
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/basic-installation/#location
That might also fix the map, or you might need to add the widgets still.I can see what seems to be the main menu on every page. So not sure what you mean.
You also will need to review this if you are using BuddyPress.
Hi Agnes, it sounds like you need to install the Location Switcher:
GD > multilocations > location settings > Show location switcher in menu > YES
That way your visitors will see when they have navigated away from the Everywhere location.Let us know how you went, and post a URL and admin details if you still have troubles.
Unless you have a good reason not to use categories instead of CPTs, I would use categories myself.
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/places-categories-and-listings/I’ll get Stiofan to have a look for you, certainly strange behavior.
Should be some time in the next few days.
Have a look at this post: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/does-the-framework-got-wordpress-revisions/
Let us know how you went.
Here are some other topics about this with several options provided as possible solutions:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/no-gd-emails-sent/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/no-password-email-sent/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/the-notifications-do-not-work/The plugin you are talking about is the MultiLocation plugin, and is not a fix for a bug, but and extension and it allows your directory to cover a bigger area than just one city (the default location).
The free GD version is only suitable for a directory for one location.Sounds like custom fields which you organise in fieldsets and add to a tab, and then add to the advanced search.
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/core-place-settings/#customThese add-ons will extend your current installation, so there should be no problems.
You can always ask the third party plugin developers as well, but in my experience they just are additional and no change will be required to anything already in place.
The same applies for the Ratings add-on. It will merely extend the current rating system. -
