Stiofan (and others)
I can save additional fields in the default installation after having saved a city, but only when I edit a city that was there BEFORE the latest update.
For new cities added, I cannot save the additional fields.
This might have something to do with the SEO fields that are a work in progress?August 21, 2014 at 1:15 pm in reply to: Clarification on Current location vs searching for a new location #12736You need to add the location switcher to your menu. That way you can see where you are, and you can change location.
The breadcrumbs should also enable visitors to move back.The Share location add-on will automatically serve the closest location to the visitor, if they accept to share their location. With the switcher and the breadcrumbs it should be clear you can get “out” of the location.
You can always de-activate your Share Location plugin.You can turn off “send enquiry” for non-premium packages by removing “Email” from the “Post fields” that can be submitted.
Go to GD > Prices and Payments > Prices > choose to edit your non-premium package > make sure “Email” is not highlighted in the “Post fields” list.The custom field “email” in your custom fields for a custom post type, is the custom field that triggers the “send enquiry” link on the detail page.
To login with FaceBook, use this plugin:

http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translate-core/To change the URL of the login page, look at this article:

http://wordpress.org/plugins/sidebar-login/There is a page that lists your user’s favourites and listings.
The dashboard widget will link to them if you add the links here:
GD > design > navigation > User Dashboard Post Type Navigation SettingsHi Ahmed, I am not sure I understand your question.
What contact details do you want to hide?
Do you want to hide contact details of your listings so only registered visitors can see them?
That is not possible.If you want to hide everything for non-registered users, you can try a membership plugin like s2member.
Rockhopper, can you post your WP admin details please.
Manilaboy, I forwarded this to the GDF wizard, Stiofan.
Tom, if you are worried, just backup your database first. Then you can go back.
I attach a screenshot of my test site, and have a look at this URL as well:
http://goldroo.net/kolacica/australia/queensland/brisbane/health/bolgen-moi-hovikodden/We should probably stick to English for the benefit of the others when it comes to discussing GeoDirectory issues.
PS: Ronald, ik ben niet Nederlands, maar een Vlaming 🙂 die nu in Australie woont.
Is that on a multisite?
Then you might have to log in for the sub-site as well, I think.
Make sure you are logged into the sub-site as a superadmin as well.[not 100% sure, but worth a try]
You should set your WP settings to Postname, you’ll get nicer URLs.

Try
#geodir_slider {
background-color: transparent;
}Rockhopper, if you just agree to share your location, you should be able to add your listings.
