Hi Gaynor, can you post your admin login details in a private message, so we can have a look.
August 3, 2014 at 9:48 am in reply to: Different tabs showing up for posts in same category and on same price #10842More Info only shows if there is data for that tab. Same for related listings I think.
Try adding similar data to both listings, and check how you are relating your listings and make sure there is a lsiting that is related.I was just thinking some PP button to ask the same price as your bottom price package. Just replace the Verify link with that. But then you don’t know who has paid for what.
But the current Verify listing knows what listing is being claimed, so maybe somebody knows how to put a PP operation in between.Just thinking … somebody smarter than me might read this and join the dots …
Manilaboy, thinking outside the box.
Why don’t you just add a PayPal button to the “Claim listing verification required” email you send.
GD > Claim Listings > Notifications > Claim listing verification requiredHaven’t tested it, but can’t see why it would not work …
Have a look here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/delete-places-post-type/We’d really need to see the code you added to GD > Claim Listings > Notifications. I guess you put the code in the “Claim listing verification required” there for the email in your message.
What do you mean with “display correctly”, what are you expecting?
I assume there are some references to styles that are not referenced correctly but I am not sure what is not correct …Did you use [#site_name#] for the heading?
This reply has been marked as private.Oops, I thought you meant that the link to Add Listing was in your footer somewhere, when you said “Add Listing (/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place) stuck in footer”
Glad it is all getting sorted 🙂1. Your functions.php did not have an opening <?php statement (and closing ?> ).
2. Reference in your child’s style sheet to the parent was incorrect.
3. Removed Add Listing from the WP menu, you need to add that in GD > Navigation
4. With multi-locations, you have to use the location switcher in the menu, or people will get lost. Added. You’ll need to do some CSS tuning because of your theme’s CSS.
5. Changed some CSS to fit all items on the menu bar.
6. Not sure why there is no info windows on your map, probably something with your theme, since all plugins are de-activated. I’ll ask Vikas to have a look at that.
7. I added a listing, and all seemed to work fine (except the infowindow).
8. To change names in menus etc, go to GD > Custom Post Types, and change places to whatever you like. For slugs, change them at GD > Permalinks.
Do not make changes to the GD virtual pages.Let’s wait for Vikas to fix up the rest.
6.
Just leave everything for now, we will look into it later today, and let you know when we sorted it.
In the mean time, can you post details for your control panel and phpadmin, and FTP details, just in case we can’t get it fixed from the admin area.tested at http://goldroo.net
all working beautifully !It seems you have chosen the wrong menu to add your navigation …
Make sure you choose the main header menu.Hi Gaynor
I’m happy to give you a price.
Can you provide a few more details?
1. Have you installed WP?
2. What theme do you intend to use?
3. Do you just want installation of the plugins you listed, and creation of one category and one listing for each? Or do you have more details of what you have in mind?Hi Vikas, that works fine in my tests.
Ajay
It seems you moved, renamed or deleted the virtaul GD pages:
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/basic-installation/#activateCan you follow the instructions here:
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/how-to-restore-virtual-gd-pages/You can only add map widgets to GD pages, because only GD pages connect to the database to render the maps.
