Oops, sorry, you change “all” in the language files.
http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/translate-core/
After the weekend, one of the developers should be able to look at the other query.
I think there is a function in
/wp-content/plugins/geodirectory/geodirectory_hooks_actions.php
called
geodir_action_listings_title
but not sure what you do with that.Your URL did not show at first, that’s why I had to ask.
You change the All to Alle etc at WP admin > GD > Custom post types > gd_huisarts
I am not sure how you could get the location in the title, but we can ask one of the developers.Hi, can you tell us on what page you are looking? Home page, listing page, category page?
You can send a URL in a private message if you like.
I think you might be talking about the WP settings > general ?Just a tip on issue 3: instead of linking HOME to your home page, you can link it to /location
That should reset the switcher.July 12, 2014 at 12:52 pm in reply to: How to show text in a box on place categories description #8272If you are talking about the “category top description” then add something like this to your child theme’s stylesheet:
.term_description {background:#dadada;}
If you want the same text box on every category page, then follow Simone’s instructions.
Welcome, I think you got to sync your themetailors account here on your profile page and you’ll get access to each forum for which you bought the addon. Let us know how that went.
You should use the multilocation switcher when you use the multilocation addon.
Go to GD > Multilocation > Show location switcher in menu > YESThat way you can easily go back.
If you want us to have a look at your site, then post your URL.Yep, should be right. None of your other users are WP “authors”, they are just added as WP “subscribers”
Hi DJ
Have your enabled reviews in WP settings > discussion?
Set “Allow people to post comments on new articles ” to YESOr you could it add this to the child theme’s CSS so you don’t loose it in an upgrade 🙂
.geodir_category_list_view li.geodir-gridview h3 {
white-space: normal;
}July 10, 2014 at 2:05 pm in reply to: site looks great on Chrome but don't work correctly on Explorer #8057You should use a child theme or next time the main theme is upgraded you will loose all your changes.
You are using the GDF on both sites.
There is no need for a custom css plugin if you use the child GDF.And I don’t think you need epub-word.
You should be able to switch to the child GD theme without a problem.
Best to add to WP admin > appearance > editor > child style.css
July 10, 2014 at 1:41 pm in reply to: site looks great on Chrome but don't work correctly on Explorer #8052Add this to the stylesheet of your child theme:
p {
-ms-word-break: normal;
-ms-word-wrap: normal;
word-break: normal;
word-break: normal;
}This is a known issue and is being attended to.
You can turn this off in your claim manager, until it is fixed.HI PSI, I tested it myself now, and yes, this needs fixings.
I’ll flag this for the developers to have a look at.Sally, you have a lot of “wrong” locations, including your default location.
See attached image.
There is no place like UK, UK, United Kingdom; or
UK, all, United Kingdom.
And you have a few more like that.They need fixing. But if you just delete them or change them you will loose your listings that have these “wrong” locations.
We’ll wait for advice from Paolo.How did you set up your installation, and email addresses etc? What access has your hosting company given you?
