Or use the same GD Archive template you use for Places. I’ll set this to resolved.
ThanksDid dummy events solve the problem?
ThanksThere is no need to create any pages, they are all ready and based on your other GD templates.
Add at least one category and one listing.
You can also add dummy events.
Thanks“places” and “events” are not categories but custom post types [CPT].
If you only want to list those, try this shortcode, adjust as required:[gd_cpt_listings title="Different listing types"]Or use the “GD > CPT Listings” widget or block.
If you want to add titles to the “GD > Categories” shortcode for each CPT section, you can use this CSS, adjust as required:
.gd-cptcat-gd_event::before { content: "Events"; display: block; } .gd-cptcat-gd_event::before { content: "Places"; display: block; }Thanks
Yes, you will need https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/custom-post-types/
Thanks
This reply has been marked as private. You can change theme.
I’ll get developer to have a look too, to see if they can find the error with the theme if you like. In that case, post your FTP details in a private reply. Thanks
The theme at http://positivesalesandmarketing.co.uk takes over all category pages; it replaces all GD CPT and category pages with the blog page.
I cannot find a setting in the theme to change that.no photos tel numbers or contact info is showing on any listing migrated
I can see photos here: http://positivesalesandmarketing.co.uk/places/reborn-holistic-practice-audenshaw/#post_images
That listing is in the “Enhanced Listing” price package.
That package does not allow phone or contact [email custom field] details. Thanks
May 28, 2019 at 11:37 pm in reply to: How to customize GD Archive Item using a Theme Builder (Elementor) #489632Have a look at GD > Settings > Pages.
There is a link to the GD Archive Item template.
There is no need to create a new one, just edit the existing one, with or without a page builder.
ThanksPoints on the map is very difficult, you are right.
I don’t see a light after reading the posts from the mention topic. You need to edit this file:
/themes/supreme-directory/content-geodirectory-archive.php
Look for the gd_map shortcode in that file.
Add this to that shortcode:all_posts=1You need to create a new CPT, and then create a new podcast category.
Then move all listings from the podcast category in your existing CPT to the new podcast category in the new CPT.You need to use PoEdit.
Editing the file as is will not work, and will be deleted with the next update.
You need to create the /wp-content/languages/plugins directory yourself.
ThanksPlease provide WP admin details in a private reply if we need to review your settings.
ThanksThis reply has been marked as private.1. If you want users to add listings from the frontend using the Add Listing page, and you want different packages, then you will need to use Invoicing. Only if you want to do everything manually from the backend can you avoid that.
You can set all packages to $0 but you will create a lot of work for yourself.2. You need to change to businesses, see image.
3. Add this CSS:
.lity-content .lity-caption {display: none;}Thanks
I fixed this: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/geodirectory-v2-changes/#post-488022
By reviewing the settings I posted at https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/geodirectory-v2-changes/#post-488038Is there anything else still?
