You need to re-import all columns, and the content of the columns needs to be what you want to add to the database, either the same if you want to keep the existing data, or the new data if you want to change anything.

On what page can we see that?
If you are asking how to have a left and a right sidebar in GDF V2, that would require your own customization I think. GDF only comes with one sidebar.

See image.GD > Settings > Pages > GD Archive Item page > Edit: add the [gd_author_actions] shortcode where you want it.
The GD Dashboard widget will have links to your listings, but only if you have any submitted.
