All your errors come from your custom theme, everything works fine using a standard theme.

Make sure the Advanced Search addon is activated.
Add the Categories custom field to the search bar:
Businesses > Settings > Search tab > Add “Category” to the right > Show in main search bar? > YES

Make sure the Location Manager addon is activated [I am sure it is already].
GD > Settings > Locations tab > Show Advanced > Enable location search autocompleter? > Yes

You do not seem to want a multi-lingual site, but only a German site?
Then the simplest would be just to use GD > Settings > Titles and Meta > Search page > Title.
