That means that if you already have listings in an existing CPT, and you want to change that CPT to have date and time capabilities, then all listings will go to draft because you will need to add dates and times to each of them.
In other words, nothing to worry about for a new CPT.

You have set your search radius to more than 200km, so it will include all listings in the circle with that radius around the center of Milan.
If you only want listings “IN” Milan, then change this setting:
GD > Settings > Location Manager > Locations tab >
