When editing the Spanish listing I changed
Restaurants [Catalan category] to Restaurantes [Spanish category], and
Mediterràni [Catalan category] to Mediterráneo [Spanish category]A Spanish listing needs to be in Spanish categories.
Thanks
Is it not simpler to simpler to rename the CPT?
You can increase the number of listings shown per page (depending on your server that can be anywhere between 50 and a few hundred), that will make if faster.
Export your categories and listings first.
Delete all listings and categories in the old CPT.
Adjust your exported files for the new CPT.
Re-import your categories into the new CPT first.
Then re-import your listings into the new CPT.Thanks
The author page is not private by default, but there is no direct link to it, unless you choose to add a link from a claimed detail page.
Your best bet may be to use UsersWP together with some restrict plugin or membership plugin.
You will have more control over the author page. Thanks
The Pricing Manager is for GD Listings only, not registration or user memberships.
ThanksI alerted the developers to review your topic after the weekend.
ThanksApril 8, 2018 at 12:41 pm in reply to: Facebook comments no longer working after theme switch #425487Can you please post your WP admin details in a private reply, then we can have a quick look to see if this is GD related or not.
ThanksApril 8, 2018 at 12:36 pm in reply to: [gd_add_listing] shortcode breaks page when 'restricted' #425486Only logged in users ever get to see the Add Listing page, so if not logged in, will redirect to the login page. So I am not sure what you are trying to achieve.
You can add text to the normal GD Add Listing page that will automatically be on the page, but that cannot hide the form.
You probably can edit the Add Listing template and use the PHP codes from Memberpress: https://docs.memberpress.com/article/154-advanced-rule-features
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/customizing-geodirectory-templates/
The listing is set as a Free Price Package:
* max 300 characters in the description.
* zero images allowed,
* video, special offers, Affiliation, etc not allowed
so it is behaving exactly as requested by your setup.so like I said before, I am guessing you changed a price package after adding the listings, and in the package for those listings you have limited the description, images, video etc.
Or you changed the price package for the listing from Premium to Free.
The Spanish version was only added to Catalan categories, I changed to the Spanish categories and it now works.
Please check. ThanksCan you please post your WP admin details in a private reply so we can have a look.
Did you translate the listing into Spanish? Thanks
This is a WP page: SITE/blog/
This is a Blog Listing page: SITE/category/assurance-certification/
Notice /category/This is a Blog detail page: SITE/food-money/
Your blog page and category pages are not the same, category pages are automated, and the blog page is created as a WP page.
There is no page that lists all blog posts [which is the WP page called blog] and which uses the widget space GD Blog Listing [because they are for one category only]. There is no one page like that, because they are different pages.
Thanks
April 7, 2018 at 8:52 am in reply to: [gd_add_listing] shortcode breaks page when 'restricted' #425392Does that plugin not just have the option to restrict the Add Listing page itself?
Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/translate-new-and-featured/
Thanks
