There are no subcategories of https://thechristianbusinessdirectory.online/businesses/churches/churches-baptist/ I guess. So based on your settings, there are (sub)categories to show, you cannot drill further down.
All you see is “Business categories” because that is the title of the widget.Thanks

It is only your country pages that do not work, all region and city pages work.

You may have deleted the term, but it is still in the database somewhere.For example: https://onfoxx.de/webdesign/
That is not possible, but you can turn off the “Enable Near autocompleter:” setting so all searches will be NEAR searches.
Make sure to add the Location Switcher, because that will enable browsing to region pages.Thanks
