“Edit” means edit the existing listing as is, “Upgrade” means changing the package and therefore the features available.
Changing package features will interfere with existing listings and contracts with customers.
Creating or deleting packages once live is not recommended at all.I am not really sure, but updating the listings from the frontend may fix the packages available.

1. the date formats you use are not valid formats, check with the exported file.
2. No need to enter post date and time
3. The option you are using for rebate is not a valid option.But all that aside, there seems to be another problem, I will get the developers to have a look after the weekend. Is this the error you are getting, see image?
We will need your FTP details too to investigate.
