Have the categories already been created?

Have you added custom fields? In that case you may need to export any listings to get the right CSV format.

Most of your listings do not have a “city”, that is required.

You should use full names of states, or you may get duplicate locations later.

    Thanks

There are a few more problems:
    1. the date formats you use are not valid formats, check with the exported file.
    2. No need to enter post date and time
    3. The option you are using for rebate is not a valid option.

But all that aside, there seems to be another problem, I will get the developers to have a look after the weekend. Is this the error you are getting, see image?

We will need your FTP details too to investigate.

This is most likely a server setting that we need to check.
    Thanks

Sorry, i replied here but i guess i was logged out and it never saved.

The problem is strange and server related
    this on your server

    mb_convert_case('something', MB_CASE_LOWER, $charset)

is outputing “Something” (capital) when it should output “something”
It should not be able to do that, please contact your hosting/server admin and ask them to fix it.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

our script uses that function, its a server function “mb_convert_case()” but your server is outputting it wrong. U can add the follwoing PHP line to any PHP file to test.

    echo mb_convert_case('something', MB_CASE_LOWER, 'UTF-8');
