Lise, can you post URL and WP admin details in a private reply, and the exact details of the listing(s) in question, like URL or Title and CPT.
Then we can check it out for you. Thanks
1) Have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/where-can-i-find-map-markers/
2) Only the first image of a listing is added to Media so each listing will have a “featured post image”, the rest of the images are stored in /wp-content/uploads/ to save server space etc.
To replace an image, a user or admin logs in, edits the listing and changes the image. Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
This reply has been marked as private. Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/ and https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/multilocations/
Thanks

Let us know if that was the issue. Thanks
Hi Jon, did you publish it in the backend?
Thanks
You’re welcome, I’ll set this to resolved.
Yes, I used Chrome. All I can suggest is to empty all caches, try another browser etc.
Let us know, and give the URL of the listing where we can replicate the issue. Thanks
I cannot see any difference between being logged in or out?
What listing exactly do you have that issue? Thanks
Correct, you will need to manually review in the backend to make sure the right person is claiming. Thanks
Hi Ana, you will need to install the Location Manager.
Let us know how you went.
ThanksBoth should be in the Directory Starter language file. If not, check the Supreme language file.

Either add the listing from the frontend or backend,
temporarily set the user to author status,
in the backend, when you edit the listing, towards the bottom you will find who is the author,
swap that to the user,
and change the user back to subscriber.Alternatively, and this answers your second question, too, install the “Claim Listings” addon, and let the user claim the listing.
Thanks
