United States is not a region but a country, so you still can’t use /country/city/ but now will be able to use /region/city/ or /country/region/

These are most likely added by your theme.b) customise the format of the input fields
Can you explain what you mean? Like change the font? That would be most likely in your theme styling.c) customise the search button (eg colours, corners etc).

That seems to be a text widget in the bottom section of the detail page, correct?
If it is in the bottom section then the widget will be full width, yes.
HTML can be just code to show an image.I am not sure that answers the question, please clarify if it does not.

Thanks Dirk.We only introduced Easy Updates after that version, so the alerts for old versions like that no longer work.
