The GD Search searches only one CPT at the time.
If you add the WP Search widget, that will search all post types and pages, but the results will not be presented as GD listings.

The reason is your WP Offload S3 Lite plugin, which seems to send your featured image somewhere else.

I guess that may be because the type of characters in the title, it works fine when adding a normal title, see image.

Duplicate alert only warns a user on the frontend that they are about to add a listing with some similar content as an other listing. It does not prevent a duplicate listing from being added, and does not notify admin of anything.

You have this CSS in your child theme:

#mceu_48 {
    visibility: hidden;
    height: 0px;
}

The height is preventing the text area from increasing in size, just delete

height: 0px;
