Address cannot be optional. A CPT has either addresses for all listings, or no addresses at all.

If you turn off reviews at GD > General > Disable review stars for CPT,
then the Recent Reviews widget will not work. It will only display reviews with ratings, not just comments.Have a look at your detail pages’ sidebar now, where you can see Recent Comments and Recent Reviews.
