I am guessing you are not leaving any space between the sections. Subtract about 3 or 4 % for space between the sections, until they float into place.

Let us know.

Go to GD > Custom Post Types > and delete the CPT.
But you cannot delete the default Places CPT.

To replace the title of the page with an image, try this CSS.
