Have a look at WP Settings > Discussion.
Unless you are using the Whoop theme, in which case we will need URL and WP admin to apply a small fix.

If the others are not for paid listings, do the listings expire?
If the listings do not expire, no notifications will be sent.

The shortest URL you can have is domain/CPT-slug/listing-title.
You always need CPT-slug.
You can delete category slug, but not using location slug will change behavior of your site: locations will not be remembered when visitors browse to another page, and locations will not be in breadcrumbs.

It looks like you deleted the location page, the URL of that widget should be /location/me instead of just /location.

Or you have not selected a location page at GD > Permalinks.

Try turning off any plugins that interact with the normal registration process, like membership plugins, welcome email editors etc. And we’ll check once we sorted your other issue.

We will need FTP and PHPmyAdmin access too.
Any idea when and how it may have happened? Did you add any new plugins?
