Supreme Search and Listings pages do not use a footer as in your second image to maximise the map space.
The bottom section can be used for widgets if you like.Only once you activate one of the GDF child themes.

All In One SEO Pack is not 100% with GD but that does not seem to be the issue.

You did not make the themes available for sub-sites at the network level.
The layout fix..Did I have a widget in the wrong spot or sidebar that caused the bottom part of the layout to split? That one was driving me crazy too.
No idea what you are talking about 🙂 …
I am no SEO expert, but I don’t think it matters, whether your directory is on a subsite or the main site, robots just follow URLs and I doubt a robot knows or cares what happens in your admin, it only cares about what it “sees”, the source code.

Have you asked your hosting company? It sounds like your server does not have enough capacity?

To make it disappear from Add Listing: GD > Design > Navigation
