If you just want to transfer plugins, you could copy the plugin folder of one site to the other one using FTP. But that would not transfer the settings.
So I cannot think of a better way really, than what you are doing.

Purge SG Cache, and then de-activate the SG Optimizer plugin.

1. Go to GD > Place Settings
2. Open the custom field you want to add to the Search
3. Select YES at “Include this field in advanced search” and save the field
4. Go to Advanced Search tab
5. Read the instructions on that page
6. Click on the field on the left and it will move to the right
7. Adjust settings

Why does it say “charged for each year”? That looks like a recurring package.
There are some problems with your Add Listing page, I am not sure what you are trying to add, but you seem to be adding custom options to the form that are not supported.
