You had de-activated the custom field at GD > Agency settings > Custom Field tab > Phone
Please check now. Thanks
April 17, 2017 at 1:02 am in reply to: geodirectory events – different times on weekday and weekends recurring #373772I don’t really see a way to make that work, other than creating separate listings for the matinee and evening performance.
I’ll get the others to have a look too, maybe they have some solution. Thanks
I can give you a hand with getting the files working, which should just be a matter of following the instructions here:
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translating-themes/
https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/getting-translation-files/But I cannot translate in German 🙂
Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
You should adapt the CSS to put the sidebar back on the detail page.
You can leave the sidebar hidden wherever you like, but if you want to show the “Listing info section”, you will need the sidebar on the detail pages. Thanks
I now think I spotted the issue.
You have created a CPT called “Featured” and the Popular Post widget was set to show listings from that CPT by default. There are no listings in that CPT.I changed the Popular Post widget now to a CPT with listings, but it is set to display listings randomly, so sometimes a listing 400 miles away will show, and at other times, one close by will show.
The Best of Places widget is also not showing any listings in the “Featured” CPT. But the Best of Places widget always shows all Best listings in all CPTs.
I don’t think the Popular Post widget can be set to always show listings by distance, but will leave that question for Stiofan.
Thanks
Thanks for letting us know – ticket set to closed.
One option might be to turn your site into a multi-site and have one of the directories in its own folder. But then you will not be able to use shortcodes or widgets from either in the other folder.
Just a thought.Let’s wait for Stiofan after the weekend. Thanks
Review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/gd-search/
The search bar adapts/defaults to the custom post type, examples at
https://wpgeo.directory/gdf/events
and
https://wpgeo.directory/gdf/property/
So you could hide the CPT selector on those pages if you wanted to.Category pages can be different for different CPTs with some coding and CSS.
I will leave the API question for Stiofan.
Thanks
CSS is purely cosmetic and will not interfere with the operation of GD plugins; it only affects the looks of your pages. It is customization, but will not affect your support for the plugins. The CSS we are providing here is just to help you get started, but is your responsibility.
Read our support policy here: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/Thanks
Have a look at the custom CSS added to the DIVI theme: it is hiding all the sidebars on every page.
I think you can just disable the slider with some added code, so the slider stops working.
I will get one of the developers to have a look at your question after the weekend.
ThanksTry this:
.geodir-bubble_desc h4 { padding-top: 47px; background: transparent } .geodir-bubble-meta-side { padding: 30px 5px 5px 5px; }Use that article I already linked to, to fine-tune the changes if you like.
You can add any custom field to the map bubbles, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-place-settings/#show
You can edit the bubble heading to make it stand out better: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#bubble
Thanks
You’re welcome 🙂
