I am guessing you are talking about your “About us” page.
Go to Pages > and edit the “About us” page.
In the sidebar when editing, you should see a choice of templates.
Select the full width template.Thanks

BuddyPress works well, and can be fully integrated with GD: https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/buddypress-integration/
We also have a beta version of UsersWP, a new olugin with a Front End Register form with custom fields and form builder, a Login Form, Users Profiles and a Members Directory.
This is available to all current members for testing and feedback.Another option is to hide the avatars with CSS.

Correct, Supreme was developed to show off featured images.

Do you have all latest plugins?

Featured images are specific to the Supreme theme. Other GD themes don’t provide the same support for featured images.

There is a new version 1.2.73 of GD Social Importer because Facebook Oauth api response changed which broke authentications, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/downloads/social-importer/?changelog=1
You will have to renew your membership and then update all GD plugins to the latest version to fix the FB problem.
