Nobody was logged in.

I deactivate 2 plugins: Comet Cache and Minify HTML; they are not compatible and break the map.

I also de-activated

As far as I know, paid listings have always gone straight to publishing to make sure users get what they pay for. I’ll get Kiran to have a look at your question too, but I think what you want would require a customization.
